Yeah, but if one uses a custom workflow with changed permissions this is quite irritating. We do that in an Intranet Application with limited rights for the users...

In that case you are allready more sophisticated than most admins using the tool. So you are at least able to understand and fix the problem yourself.

If it had been simpler, it wouldn't be very usable to many. I tried it. The default workflow simply ruled out too many use cases.
