Very suddenly we are getting this error when we try to add a workgroup. Don't know what could have caused it: can only concatenate tuple (not "list") to tuple

MXMWorkgroup 1.2.4, Plone 2.0.4, Zope 2.7.2

A change in the mxmworkgroups tool initial_local_roles property triggered this. The only way I could recover was to undo.

We have also started getting this error, but have not touched the workgroup tool. We can no longer add workgroups! Any help would be appreciated.
