Thx for your help, but renaming the dynamic page doesn't work and I don't know how to add mxmDynamicPage to the allowed types to use as an index page.

Can you help me please ?

Fixed from mxmDynamicPage 2.5.1

mxmDP adds itself as a default page type from version 2.5.1. Just reinstall it.
