It seems that your page cannot find it via aquisition. That would typically happen if it is installed in a subfolder somewhere.

thanks for your reply. it is in the zope root, same place as the other default plone installation products. i checked if it was available to be installed in my plone site, but was not on the list of availables to be installed. so it is not in site root. with it not being in the list of availables to install in my plone site, i didn't know how to get it there.
