I have some problems with the ownership of the new content created from the objects in the default_member_content folder. The member-folder are owned by the newly created member but the other content are owned by another user that is logged in at the time (this is a guess, the most importent is that they are not owned by the newly created member).

Any idea what is happening?

I have the same problem - the folder gets created properly but the contents are all owned by the administrative user I created 'default_member_folder' with rather than the newly created user.

I just put a fake user name in the 'Creator' field of all the content items. The correct permissions DO get applied - the new user has the "Owner" role for all the folder contents.
